  • What is a Good Faith Exam?

    A Good Faith Exam is a quick telehealth meeting with a mid-level provider to establish a relationship with the client prior to prescribing. During this visit the provider reviews and ensures that you are a good candidate for the services you are being offered. All new clients need this service as well as existing clients if they have had significant health or medication changes. The exam is valid for one year.

  • What is Botox?

    Botox is a neuromodulator used to smooth and soften lines on the face creating a more youthful refreshed appearance, by temporarily paralyzing the facial muscles responsible for causing the lines. While Botox is the most commonly known brand of neuromodulators we also offer Xeomin, Jeuveau, Daxxify, and Dysport.

  • Where can I get Botox?

    • commonly treated areas are on the forehead (frown lines),

    • vertically or horizontally in between the eyes(the "11s").

    • crow's feet or laughter lines around the eyes.

    • to correct a "gummy" looking smile.

    • on "bunny line" wrinkles either side of the nose

    • in the chin to correct orange peel texture to the chin

    • in the masseter muscles to slim the face & deter bruxism

    • in the platysmal bands

    • in the trapezius muscle to slim the shoulders and release neck tension AKA Barbie Botox


  • How long will my appointment take?

    First time appointments can last up to 1 hr allowing for you to complete paperwork and any necessary exams prior to treatment. Next the nurse will go over your goals. These nurse will address any concerns that you have and provide after care instructions as well. Each consecutive appointment should be allotted 30 minutes.
